ARTIST TRADING CARD MEETUP

Artist Trading Cards are unique works of handmade art the size of a playing card. While artists have traded small works amongst themselves for many years, ATCs were formalized as a conceptual art project by the Swiss artist M. Vänçi Stirnemann in 1997. They aren’t bought or sold, only exchanged amongst those who participate in this ongoing cultural collaboration stretching across the globe. Anybody can participate and all media are allowed: drawing, painting, collage, found objects ... only the size is fixed. Drop by, have a drink, make some art, and trade with friends at this new meetup taking place the final Thursday of every month. Totally free!
